Self Care & Wellbeing Day – February 28th 2025. 9am – 3pm 
In partnership with Deborah Bircham of Live Well with Chronic Illness, we will be holding a Wellbeing day at Headway House!
Throughout the day, you will learn about various topics and techniques such as:
- The ‘Health Discovery’ Framework
- Nutrition for Health and Inflammation
- Nervous System Health
- Movement for Wellbeing
This session is specifically for our staff, volunteers and Carers.
Superman Cinema Trip
