The Nancy Oldfield Residential for Headway members in Leicester is back for 2024, and has been largely funded by Heather’s Skydive.
From the 19th-23rd August, Headway members will be whisked off by Headway’s Services Director Mary, to The Nancy Oldfield Trust for a residential stay. We are absolutely thrilled to be heading back to such an idyllic place for the first time since the beginning of Covid!
During the stay, our members will be able to take part in accessible activities such as water sports and wellbeing on the water.
This trip has been largely funded by the fantastic efforts of our fabulous fundraiser Heather Savigny, who in June of this year took to the skies and Skydived for us. Heather’s incredible fundraising efforts has raised over £3,300!
Both our staff and members are extremely excited for this life changing experience!
The Nancy Oldfield Trust is situated in The Norfolk Broads, and houses both accessible accommodation and water based activities such as sailing, canoeing and motor cruising.
