Last Monday we had a #HeadwayHero kick off Action for Brain Injury Week week for us with a charity bike ride!
Adam contacted us back in March to say he had chosen us for his charity bike ride this year.
Adam has mild Asperger’s and always likes to chose a local charity to support.
Together with his support worker Steve they cycled across Leicestershire clocking up 27.7 miles on Monday 17 May 2021, raising £506 for Headway Leicester!
Due to COVID-19 Adam wasn’t able to do his usual charity bike ride in 2020 so we are extremely grateful that he chose to support us this year.

Every ounce of support and encouragement has gone towards improving life after brain injury for families across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
